4.7.7 Syrah

Enveloping and silky. Produced with hand-picked grapes from 100% Syrah vines, the 4.7.7 Syrah ferments in steel at a controlled temperature for 20 days, favoring prolonged skin-must contact. Subsequently it ages in French oak barrels barriques-tonneaux for about 9 months, and for at least another 12 months in the bottle. The scent, characteristic of the vine, is persistent, with notes of red berries and spicy aromas. The rich, intense and enveloping flavor, with a harmonious tannic content, make 4.7.7 Syrah a wine suitable for accompanying great aged or blue cheeses, furred game, braised meats and grilled meats.
