Our pasta

Our auction is produced using durum wheat semolina grown organically in our fields and on the hills of Daunia settentrionale, including the varieties Antalis, Marco Aurelio, Quadrato and Saragolla.

Antalis, Quadrato and Saragolla are appreciated for their excellent protein characteristics, Marcus Aurelius for its protein content and gluten quality. Gragnano water, durum wheat, bronze drawing and slow drying provide a superior quality product with excellent cooking resistance and pasta that is always “al dente”.
